Hello, I am Dr. Trina Wiggins
Hello, I’m Dr. Trina Wiggins — the first African American gymnast to compete for Stanford University, fitness professional, author, mother, and grandmother.
As a former collegiate gymnast, looking back at my competition photos, every one of them shows me covered from head to toe in stark white chalk.
